Heather Meyer is the founder and principal of H. Meyer Data Consulting, serving as a fractional Director of Data Readiness & Enablement for organizations navigating major technology transformations. With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, technology, and enterprise environments, Heather specializes in de-risking complex migrations, system consolidations, and AI initiatives by building robust data foundations and executive intelligence tools that drive confident decision-making.

Heather has led large-scale programs for organizations with 2,000 to 50,000+ users, managing multi-workstream initiatives across identity, collaboration, endpoint, and voice technologies. Her work includes building analytics pipelines that integrated multiple data sources, codifying readiness rules and exception taxonomies, and delivering executive dashboards that drove 99%+ completion rates and shortened post-go-live stabilization windows.

Her earlier work in healthcare analytics—including HEDIS reporting, claims and clinical data integration, and regulatory compliance—gave her a deep foundation in data quality, governance, and audit-ready execution.
