The Challenge

Data Integration & Tracking:
Integrated and tracked ~4,000 device records across multiple workflows (Vsmart, AirWatch, Intune)
Maintained accurate user-device relationships throughout migration lifecycle
Provided daily status updates, error reports, and compliance tracking
Communications & User Support:
Oversaw development of 14 communication templates for different scenarios and device types
Generated communication cadence for 15,701 user emails, 85 SPoC emails, and 10,613 push notifications
Averaged 10.4 communications per user to ensure engagement and support
Process Management:
Implemented daily syncs for PTO tracking, scheduling, device lists, and communications
Locked migration groups 3 days before each wave for stability
Conducted post-migration error reporting and compliance checks
Established weekly notifications to Single Points of Contact (SPoCs) for past-due users
Implemented escalation protocols to branch chiefs for unresolved devices

2,263 devices migrated (95% completion)
2,215 records successfully removed from legacy AirWatch platform
Talk & Text phones: 94.6% completed, 4.4% past due, 0.3% in progress
